Confidentiality is assured as a matter of course for every project and agreements can be signed on request. Furthermore, for large volume or multilingual translations we have the flexibility to offer discounts to suit your budget. Whatever the format you would like your final text supplied in, we can comply: Word, Excel, Print ready PDFs (Portable Document File) etc. Proofreading is an integral part of the project and does not cost extra. Prices and Terms and Conditions Charges are £150 per 1000 words in any language pair The price is fully inclusive and includes all specialised subject research, checking, proofreading and presentation in the customer's preferred format. The minimum charge for any text under 1000 words is £100 All charges are exclusive of VAT and payment must be received within 7 days of the work being completed. Typical turnaruond is 3 or 4 working days (excluding weekends). No work will commence without a signed/returned authorisation for the work to be carried out. For a full quotation please send us your documents to be translated for us to review with one of our translators. Privacy Policy All company information and documentation are handled in strictest confidence. We will never share your personal or company information with any third party. If required, we will be happy to complete a separate confidentiaity agreement before you send us your documents. Translate Languages is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your name, company name, contact address, telephone numbe and email address We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up-to-date. You can check the information we hold about you any time by emailing us. If you find any innacurracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information we hold about you will be held securely in accordance with our internet security policy and the law. The website will automatically track certain information about you in the course of your using this website, such as your address and browser identification. The information is used only for system administration and for providing statistics to evaluate the use of this site.
